How do I change the way dates are shown?

- YYYY/MM/DD
To change the format the system uses, visit the Settings tab, then the Account sub-tab. Look under “Time & Date”. There you can change your time zone and date format.
Changing the company that a Project or Estimate belongs to
August 10th, 2007If you’d like to change the company that a project or estimate belongs to, visit its Details tab.
You’ll be able to change the company – as long as there have been no invoices generated for it yet.

April 25th, 2007To delete a company first navigate to the Companies & People tab. Click the Edit this company link for the company that you’d like to delete.
Click it to delete the company.
Keep in mind, this will delete everything for the company (including projects, users, invoices, and payments). You may not delete your own company.
If you wish to destroy all data we have stored for your company, you’ll need to cancel your account.
How do I delete a project?
April 25th, 2007To delete a project first navigate to it by clicking it’s name from the main Project screen. You will see a Delete Project button on the right side of the screen.
Click it to delete the project.
Multi Currency Support
April 24th, 2007By popular demand, today we launch our initial version of multi currency support. You can even bill each of your customers in their own home currency.
Until now all accounts have defaulted to USD. You may change this by visiting your Account Settings page. To do so, click on the main Settings tab, then the Account sub-tab.
From there, scroll down until you see something like this…
Using the drop-down you can select another currency.
Click the Change Account Currency button all of your stored financial information will be converted, using today’s exchange rate information.
All financial data within Cashboard will be shown in your home currency.

April 3rd, 2007Cashboard allows you to export all of your account data as an XML file once daily.
To do so, visit the Settings tab, then click on the Integration sub-tab.
Scroll down and you’ll see this section.
Click the Export Cashboard Data as XML button and your data export process will be started. An email will be sent to your account owner with a link to download the data.
After the export is done there will also be a link presented from that same section from within the application.
