May 29th, 2007I hope all of you had a great Memorial Day weekend. We’ve been busy working on some great new features you all will love.
Download, print, and even send PDF files, all from within Cashboard.
You can PDF invoices, estimates, and even the weekly timesheet.
Next, we’ve made some improvements to invoices.
You can now show time entries on your invoice, and we’ve made it easier to add custom notes. If you need to include something like a PO number, the notes field is the place to do it.
Employee hourly rates and project permissions
May 23rd, 2007Non administrators in your company only have access to projects that you’ve assigned them to.
Today we made it easier to assign your employees to projects and set their hourly rate in Cashboard. You can set an employee’s access to a project and their hourly rate in two places.
The first is the project details screen, as shown here.
The second is on the user edit screen, as shown below.

May 22nd, 2007Up until today, clients were having trouble accessing projects that had periods in their name.
This issue has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Viewing timesheets for employees
May 22nd, 2007As of today, administrators may now view and edit time for their employees inside Cashboard.

May 13th, 2007We’ve heard your requests and given you what you want. Today estimates and invoices have been redesigned. Check out the fresh new look.
We even gave you the ability to upload a logo.
For those of you with paying accounts, you can also now customize the look of Cashboard with your own colors and logo. Enjoy!

Multiple admins for your company
May 2nd, 2007Until today we were only allowing one Cashboard Administrator per company. You may now give anyone in your company administrator access.
To do so, go the the Companies & People tab. Click the edit link for the person in your company that you’d like to give administrator access.
