Cashboard Timer OS X Update
June 13th, 2007The Cashboard Timer for Mac OS X Dashboard has been updated to version 1.2.
There was a small bug which would cause the timer digits to be slightly transparent which was getting on all of our nerves. The new version is up, and should fix this.
Sorry about the mess :p
Timesheet navigation UI tweaks and more.
June 9th, 2007Tonight we pushed a few more Cashboard UI tweaks and updates which you all should enjoy.
- The weekly timesheet now runs from Sunday to Saturday, instead of starting the week on Monday
- You can now edit project start dates
- You can now edit time entry dates after they’ve been created
And last but not least, you can navigate directly to the day or week you want from all timesheet screens.
Click the calendar icon from within a tab and select a date from the pop-up calendar. It’s that easy.

Payments, credits, and deposit UI update
June 6th, 2007Working with payments and client deposits just got a whole lot easier inside Cashboard.
We just pushed a major update to the system which helps in a few different ways.
Previously, if you had accepted a payment before invoicing your client the Account Balance screen would show a negative amount. Check out the fresh look, which lets you know if your clients owe you money, or you owe them some work.
Applying payments to invoices and marking them paid wasn’t too well thought out before. We’ve revisited the situation and have made it dead simple to apply client payments to invoices.
The final great change with this update…Your invoices now act like receipts when they’re fully paid! Your clients may download the PDF or print out a copy for their records.
