Auto-import time entries from invoice schedules

Using our new option for invoice schedules, you can create invoices, import all outstanding billable time entries, and send them off automatically.

Customers with ongoing projects should find this extremely useful. Set up projects once, log time from our widgets – and invoices are automatically generated and sent. How simple is that?

This feature will make its way into Cashboard tonight, 12midnight, PST.

    Is there a way to turn on inclusion of the PDF file as well? My client is hard enough getting to accept receiving invoices via email. If he in addition has to log in somewhere to get it, he will not be happy… :)

    @John, no you can’t include PDF’s with auto-sent invoices at this time.

    However, your clients don’t have to login at all with our auto-login links included in each invoice notification email.

    Your clients are presented in the email with a link to the invoice which they can click. They’re immediately taken to the invoice on the web – no logging in necessary.
