From this day forward we will only be offering two price plans, DYNAMIC and FREE.

However, to show our gratitude we’re allowing you to stay on whatever price plan you’re currently using – indefinitely.

You can move to our new DYNAMIC plan at any time, or stay on your current plan.

A forward-thinking price structure

Our new pricing model properly reflects the direction Cashboard is heading in, measuring your account usage based on factors that make sense and charging you appropriately.

As we become a larger billing platform, and a complete financial tool to manage your business, we realized that our previous limits did not make sense any longer.

We also took a hard look at our previous model, along with competitive services and came to an interesting conclusion. Multiple account levels do nothing but cost you more money, promote confusion, and offer less value for your dollar.

Our new DYNAMIC account plan adjusts to your usage. The months you use our service less, you pay less. There is no upgrading or downgrading necessary.

Metrics for the items we’re billing on Active Employees and Clients Invoiced are measured automatically for you.

Maximum Monthly Limit

Some customers might have reservations about our DYNAMIC model, perhaps thinking that they can’t budget properly for our services.

We’ve solved this unique problem by instituting a Max Monthly Limit. This Limit allows you to set a dollar amount you’re willing to spend on Cashboard monthly.

If you reach the Limit you’ve set, your account will automatically prevent new employees from logging in and also prevent you from creating new invoices, based on our new restriction policy.

Your restrictions reset every 30 days, so you’re not limited to one static set of Active Employees or Clients Invoiced.
