Non administrators in your company only have access to projects that you’ve assigned them to.

Today we made it easier to assign your employees to projects and set their hourly rate in Cashboard. You can set an employee’s access to a project and their hourly rate in two places.

The first is the project edit screen, as shown here.

Access this screen by viewing any project, then clicking the Edit button.

The second is on the user edit screen, as shown below.

Access this screen by viewing any employee under the Contacts tab, then clicking Edit from the menu in the 3rd pane.
