This article assumes you’ve already set up Basecamp Integration with Cashboard.

Doing the import dance

You’ll notice that after you’ve set up Basecamp integration many new interface elements will become to available to you from within Cashboard.

One of these is the Import People icon, available from the Employees & Clients screen.

After clicking this link you’ll be taken to an import screen, where you can pick which people from Basecamp you’d like to import to Cashboard.

Instructions are on the screen. Cashboard can bulk-import all of your Basecamp contacts, and even automatically create companies that they belong to.

After the import

When you import someone they will have a new password assigned to them. Unfortunately at this time we can’t provide single-sign on or the same password that person has in Basecamp.
