Usability update: More flexible payment e-mail options

If you’ve recorded a payment inside of Cashboard you’ll already know that the system used to automatically send a thank you e-mail letter to everyone in the company which the payment came from.

We just pushed a minor update that makes this process a little more transparent – and a lot more configurable. Now you can select who the thank you e-mail goes to (if anyone at all), and include a custom message – just like sending invoices and estimates.

    Cool – me being stupid (again) but where do you go to send a thank you e-mail?

    Alan – you’re given the option to send the email when you create a new payment in the system.
