Click the Print Preview button available for estimates, invoices, and the weekly timesheet. You’ll be presented with a preview of what the PDF will look like, and a link to download a copy.

Of course, the estimates and invoices can look just how you want them to. Add your company’s logo, change the language, or brand them for your company’s business.

You can send a PDF version of your estimate or invoice along to your clients along with a custom message. Even send a copy to yourself so you can see what the message looks like.
