Scheduled Invoices
July 29th, 2007Never forget to create an invoice again. Cashboard lets you set a schedule to create recurring invoices automatically. Let us be your billing department.
When creating an invoice you are given two types to choose from, One-time and Scheduled.
Scheduled invoices can happen at any frequency you choose
- Intervals
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Yearly
- Day of the Month
- The 1st and the 15th, the 30th, etc…
- One-time
- Create an invoice once, then have the schedule delete itself.
Default Items
Creating invoices automatically wouldn’t be much help without item templates. Cashboard has you covered with Default Items
Add as many line items as you want. When each invoice is created they will be there.
This is great for web hosting companies, alarm monitoring, etc. Best of all – you don’t have to have any active projects open for the company you’re billing. Bill the company directly while you work on other projects.
Sending The Invoice
Invoices are created automatically, and sent when you choose. When a scheduled invoice is created you will get an email letting you know.
You can either have the invoice automatically send when created – or you can log into your account and modify it before sending it out yourself.
Viewing your Schedules
To view all of your scheduled invoices, click the Accounting tab, then the Invoices sub tab, then Scheduled Invoices.
