Our Cashboard Timer widget lets you log time on Mac or PC.
Daily entry
Our in-application timer works just like a regular stop watch. Click once to start and watch the minutes start ticking. Go do your work and come back when you’re done, then enter in the details for the task you worked on.
Cashboard’s timers work on the server-side, meaning you can start a timer and leave our site, then return when you’ve finished your work.
The timers keep running even if you reboot your computer or your browser crashes.
Weekly entry
Prefer to track your time on a per week basis? We’ve got you covered there as well.
The weekly entry worksheet automatically calculates how much time you’ve spent as you enter data. Log time for multiple projects and tasks at once, and save when you’re done.
You can even download a PDF copy of your weekly timesheet, in case you have to submit your timecard to a manager offline.
After the fact (All Time) Entry
Are you not so great at logging time while you work on things? We’ve got you covered with your all-time screen.
Enter or edit time for any date that you’ve worked, or even switch to view your employee’s time entries.
Edit timesheets for your employees
Need to enter or edit time for your employees or contractors? We have you covered.
Navigate to any of the Timesheet screens, and click the “View time for another person…” link.
A menu will drop down and allow you to pick which user you’d like to view time for.
This setting is sticky, so you can navigate around to different days without having to switch users each time.
Just remember to switch back to yourself when you’re done!
Project entry
Quick time entry from the project screen allows you to enter time for a task with no page refresh – just like a desktop application. Hour totals and dollar amounts update on the fly.
Is it billable?
We know you need to keep track of all of your time. That’s why we made it simple to track billable and non-billable hours.
Do you need to approve your employee’s time before invoicing a project? No worries. All of their time can be marked non-billable by default.
Approving their time entries just takes one click of a checkbox. No page refreshes or annoying load times necessary.
